It's a lot like Caribic Islands, only without pirates. For the first 9 days, you get beginner's protection, which keeps neighboring villages from tromping all over you. My beginner's protection ran out last night, so some douchebag decided to raid my village. He was not very successful and is now on my list of things to incinerate when I get the chance.
