Recently I have been noticing some new people lurking, posting a bit, you know... trying to fit it.
Clearly we cannot condone this behavior as any of us who posted on day 1 are far superior to those people who came later. I'm not sure what we can do about this other than to flame them non-stop about being new, try to make them really uncomfortable with our poorly crafted gay jokes, sexism and homophobia and accuse anyone who hasn't posted here before of being a ghost. Oh, also we can hide the posts of people who are newbies. I know it is childish, but it just might work.
Does anyone have any other ideas on how we can keep the riffraff out?
