Not sure who we're going to catch in the afternoon, but Bruce is around 9 p.m. I'm uploading pics. I actually need to sleep right now.

I have a million pics I've taken of the park. Not sure why I always take more. Some of the bikes parked More of the bikes parked Gary Allen (county singer) No clue Black Crowes. We moved up closer eventually, but my batteries were nearly dead by then.

Cellphone pic I didn't get a pic of the dude with his face buried in his chick's crotch as his friends snapped shots of it. But I got a pic of the woman sitting next to that chick. I made the wrong photo choice. Up above you can see a groupie or girlfriend the blond). She was dancing during ZZ Top and probably would have done good on a pole. I'm sure the guys standing below took note, especially since she was wearing a jeans miniskirt. A roadie during the Gary Allen set Gary's guitar player. I'm not sure if he's with Gary, or if he's from Black Label Society and decided to play with Gary. I have an annoying habit of stating that people look like other people (ie, the other day driving the boys back to Todd's, I said, "There's Bob Ueker!" Brent started laughing, so I asked why, "He DOES look like Bob Ueker). Cattleboi luckily does the same thing. We both saw the same Milton from Office Space. He also pointed out Matt Damon to me. I'll be damned, it did look like him. And he stood right next to me. So I had to snap a pic. Again, cellphone He also pointed out something that I had noticed earlier... this kid looks like Mood Monster. Except this one was jamming to ZZ Top. Jon would never be caught doing that. Cattleboi is tall. Really tall. No matter where we stood, he had a great view of the stage. The people behind him, not so much. And me? Not so much. So he took glee in pointing out the one person who had a worse view than me... a dude shorter than me. Cellphone shot so the flash wouldn't accidentally go off in his face.

You can tell by his sunburn that he was wearing his helmet while he rode. (as an aside, very few of the bikers we saw actually were wearing helmets). Anyway, cattleboi said he'd give me $20 if I rubbed the velcro strip on top of the dude's head. It was tempting. I actually don't think he'd mind. If I had been drunk, yeah, I might have done it. I loved his little braid more than the velcro strip though. There was an asshole there who was probably 6'6, and stood RIGHT in front of me for a while. He had a brand new orange silk HD jacket on, and was just a prick. Nudging people out of the way, and just being a prick. And then to make matters worse? He stood up on a picnic table in front of me. The tallest mother fucker in the place, and HE NEEDS TO STAND ON A PICNIC TABLE???? We were hoping that he'd bump into or piss off the wrong person. No such luck. Anyway, here's the asshole: During the Black Crowes set, I noticed a chick whose boyfriend was totally rubbing her ass while she danced. This is her best feature. She was a total butterface.

At the last concert we had floor seats and some overweight guy who needed two seats, nearly crushed me and his leg fell over my leg all the time and he made me so damned hot I nearly died.

Around 4 or 4:15 we took off for Milwaukee in my car. The concert was at a different venue farther up the lake. Because of the later start, we didn't make it to the Summerfest grounds for any of the other acts. Which was okay... the only ones that I really was interested in seeing played at the same time as Bruce. While we were in line to get inside, the dude behind us said (all official-like), "You're not getting those inside," pointing to the bottles of Pepsi that L4LC had in his hand and pocket (one in each). It wasn't a security dude, just a biker with a commanding voice. He said they made him take his digital camera back to his bike. Ummm... shit. I was wearing a black sleeveless blouse that had bunchied up fabric around the cleaveage (I have no freaking clue how to describe the top). Classy act that I am, I stuck my camera in my bra, then adjusted my lanyard with my fest pass so it sat over the area where the camera was hidden. Sheesh. No way was I walking back to the car. We got in, found a spot on the hill, endured the first two acts, and then Bruce came on at about 8:45, and played until at least 12:15. He never took a break. I don't think he and Max ever left the stage. L4LC had just seen Bruce last week in St. Louis, but he says half the setlist was different than that show. As Bruce said on the last song, he couldn't play the Harley Davidson festival without playing this, and closed with Steppenwolf's Born to Be Wild. I think this guy wanted to make sure he got laid after the show: Some pics of all the bikes in the area. Waiting for bruce. Everyone just chillin' Cattleboi: The night before, at ZZ Top, everyone took out their cameras during Legs (or one of their other big hit). Cattleboi asked why it matters that they took a pic during that song. Are they going to look at those pictures later and say, "This is the picture I took during 'Legs.'" At Bruce's show, I pulled out my camera during Born to Run and told him that I'm going to post it at the board and say "This is the photo I took during Born to Run." This is the photo I took during Born to Run.
